Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy. This means that you have 15 days after receiving your product to request a return from our store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you originally received it (unworn or unused) and in its original packaging.

To get started on a return, please contact us at mugsallday@gmail.com and let us know the issue. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label including instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that any items sent back to us without requesting a return from us first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues with your Product
Please be sure to inspect your item when you receive it and contact us immediately if it is broken, damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item. That way we can do everything we can to make sure you get the product you wanted.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
There are certain types of items that can not be returned, such as custom products, special orders or personalized items. Please feel free to send us an email to mugsallday@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about whether or not your item is returnable.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards purchased from us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the item you originally purchased. Once the return is accepted, please visit our website and make a separate purchase for the new item and a new one will be shipped out just like all other orders purchased from our store.

Refunds
If you are returning an item to us and have already shipped it back to us, we will let you know once we have received and inspected your product return. After we have inspected your item, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If your return is approved, you will be automatically be refunded back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
